Contract
The reservation is accepted when Cultural Peru receives the first deposit from its clients. At the moment, the contract between the client and Cultural Peru is effective and legally binding.
to ensure the trip, we will need a deposit 30% of the total price of the package at the time of your reservation.
Payments
First payment: deposit of 30% at time of booking
Second payment: total amount, to turn off 45 days before your arrival
In the event that the reservation proceeds 45 days or less before arrival, the total amount will be required in one go.
If the reservation is made 45 days or less from arrival time, the total amount will be required at the time of booking.

The first and second payment can be made by credit card through PayPal. Payments made by credit card / PayPal are subject to a surcharge of 5%.

Cancellation and Change of Dates
Any cancellation or change made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client as soon as possible..
The client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred for the cancellation

Change of dates after deposit has been made: 5% plus any other additional charges that may occur.
Customer substitution: if someone in the group cannot travel, it is possible to transfer the booked services to another person. An administration fee of USD will be required plus all costs incurred charged by service providers.
All applicable refunds will be made directly to your credit card or bank account, less the rates indicated
flight cancellations / airplane: all air packages and air tickets are subject to the cancellation policies imposed by the airlines
Cancellation and Change by Cultural Peru
We do our best to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to reduce or modify the itinerary, or to substitute activities, Hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary.
None of these modifications or changes will affect the price of the land package.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that could compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstance beyond our control.. In this case, we will reimburse you for this part of your trip or apply this cost to other services (possible additional cost)
In case we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your fully paid advance payments or work with you to apply those payments to another tour
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are per person and are expressed in US dollars.
for children of 4 a 9 years, the price of the package is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time of booking
Once we receive your deposit, the price of the tour package is guaranteed and any subsequent price increase will be at our expense.
Airlines
We act only as your agent and have no responsibility for the performance of the services by the airlines, included, among others, accidents, death, personal injuries, property damage or flight delays.
Flight reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accommodation
The accommodations are specified in the accommodation section of our website
All prices shown for accommodation are in US dollars and per person.
We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the event that the accommodation specified on our website is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control.. No changes will be made after payment.
Important note: All accommodations in Peru will require you to show your passport and allow them to make a photocopy of it in order to register. This is a requirement for government and tax purposes.

Certain itineraries may include challenging activities that are not suitable for passengers with special needs.
